We also provide services to those seeking to strategically improve their effective prototyping practice. These services are intended to help not only strategically, but tactically and practically as well.
- Strategically to help make an organization ready for effective prototyping. This type of service often takes the form of analysis and management consulting.
- Tactically to help set up an environment for effective prototyping. This type of service often takes the form of helping set up a prototyping infrastructure including helping a company choose the right tools, the right methods, identify training gaps, creating prototyping templates and other activities to help prepare a software team for effective prototyping.
- Practically, by helping companies with coaching, mentoring, and of course prototyping to help set good examples of effective prototyping.
