3JK rectangular block hole type graphite heat exchanger
【Structure and characteristics】
Rectangular block hole type graphite heat exchanger by a rectangular head, graphite gasket, heat exchanger block and its components, such as stack installed. Due to the overall structure of heat exchanger block, non-cemented joints, and thus a higher structural strength, good impact resistance.
Seal for the cast iron side panels, Maintenance Assembly and Disassembly is simple. Corrosion can also be made of two-way structure. The device can be used heaters, coolers, material flow for 1 to 4 processes.
3JK side for the split type, small piece of the structure and specification changes easy, convenient maintenance.

Design temperature: -30 ~ 150 ℃
Design pressure: 0.3MPa (non-standard equipment has been modified to use 0.5MPa)
Heat transfer area: 0.8 ~ 150 m2
